Buying and Selling
You may be buying or selling an office, a shop, a restaurant or public house or an industrial unit. Businesses come in many different shapes and sizes. You may be a sole trader needing a lock-up shop or a company with many employees needing a bigger office building to operate from.
On your sale we will:
- Attend on site as needed to understand any operational issues
- Assist you in collating the information needed for the legal pack
- Liaise with any lender that has a registered charge that will need discharging
- Negotiate the sale documents
- Provide you with regular updates
- Liaise with you to ensure that any employment issues are dealt with
- Ensure that any Licensing matters are discussed and agreed within the transaction
On your purchase we will:
- Attend on site as needed to understand any operational issues
- Review your survey and make enquiries about any issues that are raised
- Review and report to you on the title and searches
- Raise enquiries arising from the above and report to you on the replies
- Liaise with your lender or the lenders’ separate advisers as appropriate
- Liaise with you to ensure that any employment issues are dealt with
- Ensure that any Licensing requirements are understood and dealt with
