Personal Documents
Two of White Fountain’s solicitors operate as Notaries Public* for both private individuals and companies.
They can:
- authenticate documents for use abroad;
- attest the execution of documents;
- prepare notarial certificates, powers of attorney, declarations, affidavits and other documents;
- verify translations of documents (via translator) and arrange translations;
- take affidavits, declarations and acknowledgements;
- provide legalisation/apostille services.
Private Notarial clients need to provide two forms of identification:
- evidence of name – e.g. passport or full driver’s licence (with photograph)
- evidence of address – e.g. utility or council tax bill.
An out-of-office service is available.
